Jo’s Pet Services is not happy unless you're happy and offers a full MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If, at the conclusion of the agreed training programme, the Owner is not satisfied that reasonable progress or results have been achieved, the full package price will be refunded.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the final training session.
This guarantee does not apply where:
- The Owner has failed to follow the Trainer’s guidance or recommendations
- Programmes have been cancelled before completion
- Undisclosed behavioural or medical issues have affected training outcomes
