One of the things I value most about being a professional dog walker is building positive, trusting relationships with both dogs and their owners. Whenever I check the weather temperatures for the day, I always check the feels like NOT the actual. For example at noon tomorrow the actual temp will be 23º but it will feel like 27º. When I'm walking dogs, I 'MIGHT" (probably wouldn't) take a healthy dog out at 23º but I definitely WON'T at 27º.
